Only the natives of Chhattisgarh will be eligible for this scheme. The applicant must be landless. If the applicant has agricultural land in the name of their mother or father, then they will not be eligible for this scheme. No member of the family should have agricultural land. The family should not have even a fraction of agricultural land.

A person has a constitutional office. Employees and ministers of local bodies. Doctors, engineers, lawyers, and other professional citizens are not eligible. Families who have land leased by the government. Retired officers or employees of the central and state governments.
