Mukhyamantri Nijut Moina Scheme: To help financially unstable women citizens of the Assam state receive education, the Assam state government has launched the Assam Mukhyamantri Nijut Moina Scheme. Under this scheme, all female applicants will receive financial assistance so that they can continue their higher education.
All students enrolled in the 11th grade are eligible to receive financial assistance of 10,000 rupees. All students starting college will receive 12,500 rupees, and postgraduate students will receive 15,000 rupees in financial aid. The financial assistance will be directly transferred to the selected applicants.
