Essential Qualification :
- Candidates must be a graduate holder in any subject from a recognised university. (B.A/ B.Sc/ B.Com)
- Preferences will be given to the candidates who hold post graduate degree in Sociology/ psychology/ Social work/ rural development.

- Should have basic computer knowledge.
- Must be able to speak local language fluently.
- Should have excellent communication skills.
