NSP Scholarship : The National Scholarship portal is an integrated digital platform developed by the government of India to serve as a single, centralised hub for accessing information about different scholarship programs. It brings together details of scholarship offered by both the central and state government. By consolidating multiple scholarship opportunities in one place, the NSP makes it easier for students to search, apply and track their application.

It is a part of the E-Governance plan and caters to students from class 1 to P.hD level. Application method of NSP Scholarship

The NSP Scholarship 2025 application process is completely online and easy to follow. Here are the steps to apply :

  1. Candidates need to go to the Official portal.
  2. Select the Option button located at the top left side.
  3. Choose the option “Registered institute on NSP” to check the list.
  4. If the institute is not already registered, candidates may ask their institute to complete the registration on the portal.
  5. If you are a fresh candidates, you need to visit www.scholarship.gov.in.
  6. Select the Student tab to register.
  7. Choose the Login option under OTR Section.
  8. After registration, read carefully the guidelines and click next button.
  9. Here you need to enter your active mobile number.
  10. On your number, you will receive an OTP Number.
  11. To verify the process, you need to enter your OTP and captcha code on the blank section.
  12. Put the Aadhar number and click on verify.
  13. Fill up all the details carefully on the page without making any errors.
  14. Candidates will get a registration number on their number.
  15. Use this to login in NSP Portal.
  16. Enter Registration number & ID.
  17. Change the password.
  18. Once the password has been successfully changed, you will be redirected to a Applicants dash board page.
  19. Select “Application form” to start the process.
  20. Enter academic, registration details and click on save & continue.
  21. Upload documents, contact information & scheme details.
  22. Click on Save draft.
  23. At last, click on the final submit button.
