Telesales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.
  • Understand customer needs and provide relevant product recommendations.
  • Close sales over the phone and achieve set targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer interactions.
  • Follow up with prospects to nurture leads and build strong relationships.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues professionally.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or marketing is a plus.
  • Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and call scripts.
  • Positive attitude and ability to handle rejection.
