Teaching Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the main teacher in lesson preparation and classroom management.
• Provide individual or small group support to students.
• Supervise students during non-instructional times (e.g., lunch, breaks).
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and engaging learning environment.
• Support students with special needs or learning difficulties.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required; relevant diploma or training preferred.
• Prior experience in a school setting is a plus.
• Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team.
• Passion for education and student development.
