Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Process orders, returns, and refunds as required.
  • Maintain customer records and update account information.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service are a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
