Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
- Process orders, returns, and refunds as required.
- Maintain customer records and update account information.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service are a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
