Administrative Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage scheduling, correspondence, and office documentation
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and greet visitors
  • Maintain organized filing systems and records
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and memos as requested
  • Order office supplies and coordinate maintenance

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; diploma in office administration is a plus
  • Proven experience in an administrative role
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
