Accounts Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes.
  • Maintain and update financial records and ledgers.
  • Reconcile bank statements and financial transactions.
  • Prepare invoices, process payments, and track expenses.
  • Assist in financial reporting and month-end closing activities.
  • Handle general administrative duties related to finance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
  • Previous experience in an accounting role (preferred).
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, Xero).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work with numbers.
